I wish every business is like this particular State Farm office. I started with rental insurance with them but now I’ve had to add auto because of the way they treated me as a customer. Jessica usually pays special attention when resolving any issues. I mean you could see that desire in her to solve problems for her clients. And she gets it done… all the time.
