"I asked for a State Farm quote a well over a year ago and then kept getting emails month and months later with no way to unsubscribe. When I finally wrote back asking them to take me off their list Corliss decided professionalism was out the door. Finishing their email “I’m taking you out of our office system permanently and hope you have terrible rates the rest of your life. Lol.” Welp, guess who has two thumbs and no interest in ever choosing State Farm? This guy."

He explained the difference between term insurance and whole life insurance have me thinking about my future if something was to happen to my husband I enjoy speaking with him although he is a bandwagon fan he doesn't know if he wants to be Atlanta falcon fan or a cowboys fan but the conversation was very interesting and it has me thinking about life insurance outside of the insurance I already have. "Started a online policy and was assigned a local agent. Local agent texts me asking me to sign document. Doesn't tell me where, if it's through the office, the website, traditional mail, if they were sending a link or email. I didn't see anything on my online account or in the email. The next day I received a text telling me to sign before the link expired. I return the text to let them know I did not receive a link. They return with "if my email is correct, it should be there". It was not in my inbox but it was in my spam. I let them know and to be more thorough when telling someone to do something like that because it could have been sent multiple ways. I signed the document which the link was good for a week. He did not respond. Going to see about getting a new agent. This person is not who I want to deal with."
